Ruffs RV Center is a family owned business that has been in operation for over 25 years. Previously located on Chardon Road in Willoughby Hills, our new location at 25080 Lakeland Blvd. in Euclid Ohio, has allowed us to expand our size as well as our inventory.
Located on our lot is a variety of Winnebago and Holiday Rambler motor homes, Wildwood and Rockwood travel trailers as well as Rockwood Roo and Rockwood tent campers. We also carry a large selection of pre-owned motorhomes,fifth wheels,travel trailers, and tent campers.
We are a full service dealership as well as an authorized Workhorse repair facility, and are proud to say that we service what we sell.
Ruff's RV Center has received Winnebago's Circle of Excellence award a number of times for, Recognizing Excellence in Sales and Customer Service.
We have also earned Winnebago's 20/20 Vision Award. To earn this, a dealer must perform warranty repairs on at least 20 different traveling customer motor homes, or perform 20 percent or more of the total warranty claims for customers to whom they did not sell.The 20/20 Vision Award is a true testament to a dealerships dedication to the traveling motor home customer, said Director of Parts and Service Steve Evenson. Those dealers have shown the utmost in customer service by providing timely service and getting owners back on the road as soon as possible.
